Nat and her sister Meghyn wait at Brightcap Cave on Tabantha Frontier. Bring Nat 10 Brightcaps, which grow throughout the cave, and she thanks you with a home-cooked meal.

Walkthrough
Meet Nat and Meghyn
Find the sisters at the entrance to Brightcap Cave, between Tabantha Hills and Rito Village. Nat will not leave until she has 10 Brightcaps, and Meghyn is too nervous to go inside. The cave lies south of Tama Pond, on the far side of the mountain from Oromuwak Shrine.
Collect 10 Brightcaps
Enter the cave and pick Brightcaps from the walls and floor as you go, watching for a Like Like and Horriblins. There are more than 10 Brightcaps, so no exact spots are needed. A chest at the far end, ringed by spikes that fire will burn away, holds a Frostbite Shirt, the first piece of the Frostbite armor set, and a Bubbulfrog hides nearby.
Hand them over
Return to Nat and give her the 10 Brightcaps. If your pouch is full she asks you to make room and come back for the meal. She hints that the sisters are headed for northern Hebra, They then move to Snowfield Stable, where they start the next quest in their chain, The Captured Tent.
Rewards
You get a homemade Spicy Tomato Mushroom Stew and unlock the sisters’ follow-up quests.
