Zuta believes the pirates sank his father’s iron treasure chest, which holds his precious blue shirt, in Lurelin Bay. Lift the correct chest out of the water, take it to Sebasto and you keep the Island Lobster Shirt.

Walkthrough
Talk to Zuta
Once Lurelin Village is repaired, talk to Zuta on the beach. He is searching the bay for his dad’s chest and explains it is heavy, so it probably sank somewhere in the water.
Check the small chests on the way
Two chests on the shore and the dock hold Blue Rupees, not the shirt. Open them as you search; pick up floating logs with Ultrahand to build a path to the dock.
Lift out the iron chest
The chest you want is the iron one lying in the bay beside the wrecked ship, near map position about 2909, -3528. Make a log raft, or put a log beside the chest and use Ultrahand to raise it, since you cannot open it while swimming. Float it back to shore on a raft.
Open it and see Sebasto
Open the chest to receive the Island Lobster Shirt. Return to Zuta and his father Sebasto; Sebasto lets you keep the shirt as thanks.
Rewards
You receive the Island Lobster Shirt, a cosmetic armor piece (a Wind Waker throwback) that cannot be upgraded. Sebasto does not mind losing it, so there is no other reward beyond the shirt. You need to have finished both Lurelin quests, Ruffian-Infested Village and Lurelin Village Restoration Project, before Zuta offers the quest.
