Dantz, the farmer at Hateno Pasture, needs three Acorns to mix into his cows’ feed. Bring him three Acorns and he trades you a bottle of Fresh Milk, and he repeats the swap for any further batch of three.

Walkthrough
Talk to Dantz
Find Dantz at Hateno Pasture next to Hateno Village. He is in the pasture by day and inside his house at night. He says that a squirrel boom has made Acorns hard to find and that he can only mix more feed with three of them.
Collect three Acorns
Squirrels in the woods behind the pasture drop an Acorn each when you defeat them (more common in daytime), and Acorns also fall from trees you chop down or lie on the ground in forests. Gather three and keep them in your pouch.
Trade for Fresh Milk
Give the Acorns to Dantz. He pays with a bottle of Fresh Milk, and if you bring three more he will make the same trade again.
Rewards
- Fresh Milk, one bottle for every three Acorns
Tips
- Fresh Milk goes into cooking pots for milk-based dishes, so the repeat trade is worth doing.
