The Goddess Statue at the Spring of Power wants one of the red dragon Dinraal’s claws as an offering. Shoot a claw off Dinraal as it flies, pick it up, and drop it into the spring for a Ruby.
Walkthrough
Reach the Spring of Power
The spring lies between North Akkala Valley and Ordorac Quarry in the Akkala Highlands. Follow the stone corridor into the moss-covered court and pray to the Goddess Statue in the pool. She asks you to restore the Mother Goddess Statue and tells you to seek the red spirit Dinraal.
Offer Dinraal’s Claw
Dinraal circles the sky over Eldin and Akkala, emerging from the East Akkala Plains Chasm (south of the spring, east of Sinatanika Shrine) at least once each in-game day, so wait near the chasm. Wear flame-proof gear or use fireproof elixirs because the aura burns. When it flies close, aim your bow in slow motion and shoot one of the claws on its feet with a single arrow; a hit on the body only yields Dinraal’s Scale instead. Catch the claw as it falls or glide down and collect it. Return to the spring and drop Dinraal’s Claw into the water. A beam of light rises as the statue sends her strength to the Mother Goddess Statue.
Take your Ruby
The statue rewards you with a Ruby. If your pouch is full she holds it until you make room, so come back after clearing a slot. The Wisdom and Courage statues work the same way and can be done in any order; once all three are done, The Mother Goddess Statue quest begins.
Rewards
A Ruby. Together with the Goddess Statue of Wisdom and Goddess Statue of Courage quests it restores the Mother Goddess Statue.
