Walkthrough
Wash the sludge off Bazz
Bazz is stuck in the muck on the slope below the tower. Talk to him to hear that he needs water. Splash Fruit grow on the small trees nearby, and the Fruit can be thrown or shot with a bow. Pick one up, set it down near the goo and strike it with a melee hit (or fire an arrow fused with a Splash Fruit) and the sludge washes away. A weapon fused with a Splash Fruit, a Hydrant or a Blue Chuchu Jelly works too.
Take the Zora Spear
Talk to Bazz again. He offers a Zora Spear as thanks, but you need an empty weapon slot first. If your weapon inventory is full the quest stalls at this step; drop or use up a weapon you do not need and talk to him once more. The spear is a good water-themed weapon, and it hits harder when wet.
