Molli, the fletcher in Rito Village, wants to try a new arrow design and needs one Ice Fruit or White Chuchu Jelly. Hand either over and she pays you in wooden arrows.
Walkthrough
Find Molli
Go up the stairs in Rito Village; Molli is the small bird in one of the pagodas near the top. Some guides suggest finishing Tulin of Rito Village first. Talk to her to learn what she needs for her invention.
Give her an Ice Fruit or White Chuchu Jelly
Ice Fruit grows on bushes in the snowy parts of Hebra, and White Chuchu Jelly drops from white Chuchus, or you can make it by freezing regular Chuchu Jelly. Give Molli either one and she thanks you with wooden arrows; she can now craft arrows that freeze monsters.
Rewards
You get 10 wooden arrows for your help. If you already carry an Ice Fruit or White Chuchu Jelly she notices it and you can hand it over on the spot; the quest ends right after the trade.
