Chef Cooke is short of rock roast. Fetch one from West Restaurant Cave, carry it back across the lava and hand it over at the Bedrock Bistro counter for a Seared Gourmet Steak.

Walkthrough
Speak to Cooke
Talk to Cooke at the counter of the Bedrock Bistro. He says supplies are low and promises a special dish for anyone who brings him a rock roast. Head out to West Restaurant Cave, found by following the mine-cart tracks beside the bistro back toward Goron City to a cave with a Goron washing in the hot spring in front of it.
Take a rock roast across the lava
Put on heat protection (Flamebreaker armor or a fire-resistant dish) and enter the cave. Cross the lava by gliding from the ledge, or grab a Hydrant from the ruins on the right and use it on the lava to make a bridge; the bridge from Meat for Meat may still be there. Pick up a rock roast (or lift it with Ultrahand). A mine cart and fan sit nearby, so fuse the roast to the cart and ride it quickly back to the Bedrock Bistro. Carry only one: extra roasts disappear when the quest scene starts.
Deliver it to Cooke
Place the roast on the counter and Cooke prepares his special dish. Make sure you have a free slot in your pouch, otherwise he cannot hand over the Seared Gourmet Steak; clear space and talk to him again.
