Tulin’s riddle points to the middle of the three secret hot springs in Hebra. Melt the block of ice at North Biron Snowshelf Cave (about -3960, 3245), blast the rocks inside so water floods the cave, and open the chest for the Vah Medoh Divine Helm.

Walkthrough
Hear Tulin’s riddle
After the Wind Temple, talk to Tulin on the observation deck in Rito Village. He reads you a riddle: hidden treasure sleeps in the center of the three secret hot springs, Sturnida, Goflam’s and Sherfin’s, and you must guide the three waters to that place until it fills. The quest has no map marker, so the center point between the three springs is your destination: most guides read it as the cave at North Biron Snowshelf, north of Rito Village, roughly between Eutoum, Otak and Tauyosipun Shrines (a good set of fast travel points). Wear cold-resistant gear or eat cold-resistant food.
Melt the ice block
Glide from the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower toward the Biron Snowshelf. A large block of ice hides the cave entrance in the mountainside. Melt it with a flame source, such as a Flame Emitter, a Fire Fruit arrow or a lit pile of wood; a Flame Emitter is quickest, while arrows can take around ten shots.
Descend the shaft and break the rocks
Inside, break the rocks in the narrow tunnel with a Bomb Flower or a heavy weapon, then drop down the deep shaft and ride the updraft in its middle with the Paraglider to reach the top. Small openings there are blocked by breakable rocks. Shoot all three with Bomb Flower arrows (a Bubbulfrog also lurks here) to let the water from the hot springs pour in. Some of the rocks are decoys, and some hide Ice Keese, so keep shooting rubble piles until water pours in from three sides. Bomb Flowers grow near the entrance.
Open the chest
Once the water runs, the stone statue moves aside. Take the chest in the revealed chamber for the Vah Medoh Divine Helm.
Rewards
The Vah Medoh Divine Helm, a Rito armor piece with 2 base defense (16 fully upgraded), cold resistance and a bonus to Tulin’s attack. If you lose it, it can be bought back from Cece’s armor shop in Hateno Village (4,000 rupees) once her shop is open.
Tips
- Bring Spicy food or Snowquill gear; the whole snowshelf is freezing.
- The Bubbulfrog in the cave drops a Bubbul Gem for the Bubbul Gem hunt.
