Gralens of the monster-control crew has seen a mass of rocks shaped like a giant moving in the sky over the Hebra Mountains. It is a Flux Construct I on the West Hebra Sky Archipelago: destroy its core, then report to Gralens.
Walkthrough
Ask Gralens about the sky giant
Talk to Gralens in the monster-control headquarters in the Emergency Shelter at Lookout Landing and choose the unusual monster that looks like a giant in the sky.
Defeat the Flux Construct I
Travel to the West Hebra Sky Archipelago, from Ijo-o Shrine (drop to the platform just below it) or from Rospro Pass Skyview Tower, and drop onto the arena platform. Ignore its stone body and attack the glowing core; pull the glowing block with Ultrahand or hit it with arrows (Bomb Arrows work well) to stun it. It also changes between golem, flying platform and rolling cube forms. When the construct falls it leaves Zonai devices and a chest; the Flux Core can be fused to a weapon.
Report to Gralens
Return to the monster-control headquarters and tell Gralens the giant is gone. He pays you a Silver Rupee, worth 100 rupees, and afterwards asks you to defeat every Flux Construct in Hyrule for the Flux Construct Monster Medal.
