RequirementsFinish Cave Mushrooms That Glow and The Captured Tent first; Bomb Flowers and Ultrahand
RewardNo reward from the sisters; the haven’s mushrooms and Truffles are yours to harvest

Nat and Meghyn are hunting for a bright mushroom haven somewhere near a steaming pond in Hebra. Go to Sturnida Secret Hot Spring, enter Sturnida Springs Cave beside it and follow the cave to its deepest chamber, where the haven grows.

Walkthrough

Go to Sturnida Secret Hot Spring

The clue mentions vapors over Sturnida Basin, which is the small light-blue Sturnida Secret Hot Spring near the northern end of Lake Kilsie in the Hebra Mountains. Wear cold resistance and approach the pond; the fastest way is to warp to Tauyosipun Shrine. The cave entrance is at the southern end of the spring (about -4041, 2671).

Enter Sturnida Springs Cave

Step into Sturnida Springs Cave. Nat and Meghyn are already inside searching. Follow the cave until you reach breakable rocks on your left and blow them open with a Bomb Flower. Further on, another set of breakable rocks hides a room with a Bubbulfrog; defeat it to take its Bubbul Gem. In the same room a rock partly covers a small spring: move it with Ultrahand and crouch through the opening it was hiding.

Find the mushroom haven

Follow the hidden passage to its end. A cutscene plays and you arrive in a glowing chamber full of mushrooms: the haven. Nat and Meghyn are pleased, if a little vexed that you found it first, and set off to look for more mushrooms. The haven is yours to harvest; you can pick its mushrooms, including rare Truffles, and they regrow if you return later.

Rewards

The sisters give nothing for finding the haven, but the room holds many mushrooms and several rare Truffles, and a Bubbul Gem from the Bubbulfrog on the way.

Tips

  • It is easy to miss the haven: you must move the rock covering the small spring and crouch through the gap.
  • Bring Bomb Flowers (or bomb arrows) and Brightbloom Seeds for the dark tunnels.
