About This Game
The Tower of Zeldaga blends the original Legend of Zelda with Namco’s famously cryptic arcade game, The Tower of Druaga. Prince Ganondorf has been kidnapped by the Demon Queen Zeldaga, leaving Link to climb her tower and rescue him.
Every room contains a hidden puzzle. Early secrets introduce the idea gently, but the solutions become stranger and more difficult to uncover as Link ascends. Players will need to defeat enemies, experiment with items, study each room, and occasionally question everything they know about classic Zelda logic.
The game recreates the look and feel of an early NES adventure while turning familiar Zelda mechanics into a compact puzzle challenge. Swords, keys, candles, boomerangs, hidden passages, equipment upgrades, and dungeon enemies all play a role. Progress is saved automatically, and the game supports keyboards, touch controls, and compatible controllers.
The Tower of Zeldaga is free and runs directly in a web browser on desktop and mobile devices. It was created by Osmose as a fan-made mash-up of two influential games from the 1980s.
