The Lynel Mask is the priciest of Kilton’s masks at 999 Mon, and it only turns up after you have finished three Divine Beasts. It can fool a Lynel, but not for long.
How to get it
Kilton sets up outside towns and villages at night, starting with Skull Lake in Akkala (x 3314, z -3499, map square I-1). Trade him monster parts for Mon, then buy the mask once three Divine Beasts are behind you.
What it does
While the mask is on, Lynels take you for one of their own, which lets you slip past or line up a careful first strike. The disguise does not last, so keep moving and do not count on it through a long encounter. It provides 3 defence and cannot be upgraded.
