Who he is
Kilton is a balloon-borne eccentric who is fascinated by monsters. He pays in Mon rather than Rupees, and the rarer the part, the more Mon it is worth.
Where to find him
Go to Skull Lake in the far northeast, reachable after unlocking Akkala Tower. He stands on an island on one of the skull’s eye sockets, and only appears at night. Speak to him and he promises to open his shop.
After that he waits at night near Kakariko Village, Hateno Village, Tarrey Town (Lake Akkala until the town is built), Zora’s Domain, Rito Village, Lurelin Village and Gerudo Town. Look for the tall balloon behind his stall.

Sell him monster parts for Mon. A few examples: Bokoblin Horn 3, Bokoblin Fang 5, Moblin Guts 12, Hinox Tooth 18, Lynel Horn 20, Lynel Hoof 30, Lynel Guts 100, Dragon’s Scale 60.

Quests and rewards
After you defeat Calamity Ganon, ask Kilton about monsters to track your hunts of Stone Talus, Hinox and Molduga types, and he gives a Medal of Honor for finishing each set.
