Tingle's Set

Tingle’s Set is a three-piece outfit hidden in buried chests across Central Hyrule. Each chest needs Magnesis to pull it from the ground. Wearing the whole set grants Night Speed Up, which raises your movement speed at night.

How to start the quest

Install the Master Trials pack, then head to the Outpost Ruins in Central Hyrule. A journal left by a bandit named Misko lies in one of the southern buildings there. Reading it begins EX Treasure: Fairy Clothes and gives rumours that point at each chest.

Finding each piece

Tingle’s Hood

Travel to the Exchange Ruins and search the central part of the ruined area. The chest is sunk in the ground among the debris. Equip Magnesis, aim at it and lift it out, then open it.

Tingle’s Shirt

Go to Castle Town Prison, on the island to the west of Hyrule Castle. Guardians patrol nearby, so approach carefully. The chest is buried in the ground among the burnt remains of the prison buildings; use Magnesis to raise it and collect the shirt.

Tingle’s Tights

Make your way to Mabe Village Ruins, west of the Ranch Ruins. The chest lies under a decayed Guardian next to a small pond. Aim Magnesis at the chest, not the Guardian, and pull it clear to get the tights.

Using the set

  • With all three pieces worn you get the Night Speed Up set bonus.
  • The base defence is low, so treat it as a cosmetic and travel outfit rather than a combat one.
  • Each piece’s description warns that it is a rare find that cannot be replaced if sold, so keep all three.
