Well-Worn Trousers
The Worn Set is the plain clothing Link finds in chests at the very start of the game. It has just two pieces, a shirt and trousers, with 1 defence each, no effects and no set bonus.

How to get the Worn Set
Both pieces are in chests inside the Shrine of Resurrection, where the game begins. Once you pick them up they stay in your inventory for the rest of the game, so you can switch back to them whenever you like.

Is it worth wearing?
Only for appearance. Every other outfit offers more defence, and there is no head piece, so you will fill that slot with a hood, cap or mask of your choice. The pieces cannot be upgraded at a Great Fairy Fountain, so they never gain defence or a bonus.
