The Ice Wizzrobe casts freezing blasts and summons frozen monsters while it drags the local temperature down. Any fire-based attack destroys it instantly, so a Fire Arrow or a flaming weapon is all you need.
Behavior
It teleports around you while it casts, and the cold it spreads drains you if you are not protected. The weather returns to normal as soon as it falls. Its summoned ice creatures can crowd you, so end the fight quickly.

How to beat it
Keep moving
Strafe and use cover so its blasts miss, and stay warm if you have cold protection available.
Hit it with fire
Shoot a fire arrow or strike it with a fire weapon. A fire-based hit destroys it outright regardless of its 150 health.
No fire? Use arrows
Without fire, shoot normal arrows at its body between spells, or run in and strike it when it reappears.
