The Black Hinox is the strongest living Hinox. It has 1,000 health, hits for 72 and is quick to guard and pick up weapons. Its metal greaves conduct electricity. Shoot the eye, use that opening and keep away from its swings.
How to beat it
Use electricity
Hit the metal greaves with a shock arrow or a lightning weapon to deal extra damage.
Hit the eye
Fire an arrow at the eye to knock it back. Without that opening it guards well.
Strike and retreat
Run in for a combo on the head, then step back before it stands. Heavy weapons work best.
