How to play
Speak to Dantz
Find Dantz in the south of Hateno Village and accept the hunt. You keep your own gear, so bring a strong bow that kills a deer in one arrow and plenty of arrows.
Stalk the herd
Head into Retsam Forest with 60 seconds on the clock. Sneak up on the deer so they do not bolt. Only deer count towards your total, so ignore boars and other animals, and do not wander far from the forest or Dantz ends the hunt.
Return for payment
When the minute ends, speak to Dantz, who pays you according to how many deer you took. All ten deer return each time, so you can try again.
Chests and rewards
- 1 to 3 deer: Green Rupee (1 rupee).
- 4 to 6 deer: Blue Rupee (5 rupees).
- 7 to 9 deer: Red Rupee (20 rupees).
- All 10 deer: Purple Rupee (50 rupees).
