Memory 12 – Father and Daughter

The eighth album picture shows the entrance to Princess Zelda’s room as it was in better times. It is one of the harder memories: infiltrate Hyrule Castle from the west, climb to the castle’s west wing, and cross the walkway between the room and the study.

How to get it

Enter from the west

Approach Hyrule Castle from its west side. Guardians patrol the grounds below, so move quietly or keep to cover.

Climb to the west wing

On a high level to the side of the main castle, the west wing holds Zelda’s room and her study, linked by a walkway.

Cross the walkway

Guardians watch this area, so time your dash across the walkway, then stand at the glowing spot there to start the memory.

If you get stuck

  • Choose a way up that avoids the ground Guardians, such as climbing the walls or gliding in from a high point.
  • Wait until the nearest Guardian turns away before crossing the walkway.
