How to find it
The second photo in your Sheikah Slate album shows a lakeside spot with a small ridge. It is close to where your journey began, so it is an easy one to collect early.
Solution
Glide to the lake
From the Great Plateau Tower, jump and paraglide north until you reach the large lake. Land on its shore rather than in the water.
Follow the west bank
Walk along the western edge of the lake until you see a small raised ridge on the bank. The ground here is largely free of enemies, so you can move at a steady pace.
Trigger the memory
Step onto the glowing spot on the ridge to start the cutscene and save the memory.
If you get stuck
- You are on the wrong shore: the memory is on the west side of the lake, not the east.
