Mijah Rokee Shrine (A Modest Test of Strength)

Mijah Rokee is a combat shrine that only surfaces on a Blood Moon night. Stand on the platform with no gear equipped to make it appear, then beat a Guardian Scout III for a Frostblade and the Spirit Orb.

How to find it

Travel to Washa’s Bluff, where Kass has his hut on the mushroom tree; speaking to him begins the Under a Red Moon shrine quest. Wait for a Blood Moon night, then stand on the shrine platform with no weapons, shield, bow or armor equipped and the shrine rises.

Solution

Raise the shrine

On a Blood Moon night, stand on the platform with nothing equipped, not even armor. The shrine appears and you can enter.

Fight the Guardian Scout III

It has 1,500 health. Dodge and counter. Stasis will hold it still so you can pile on damage.

Glide over the laser

Halfway through it spins a laser; use the updraft and strike down from above.

Beat the last volley

Near the end it charges a laser volley. Rush it if it is low enough, otherwise dodge the shots.

Claim the rewards

Open the chest for the Frostblade and speak to the monk for the Spirit Orb.
