How to find it
Travel to the desert south-east of Gerudo Town, out towards the East Barrens. Pokki lies on the shrine terminal, exhausted by the heat, and asks for one more sip of a Noble Pursuit.
Solution
Speak to Pokki
Talk to Pokki at the shrine. Her last wish is a Noble Pursuit, a drink served in Gerudo Town.
Get ice for the bartender
In Gerudo Town the bartender Furosa will make the drink but needs fresh ice. Go to the ice house north of town, past the ruins, during the day and speak to the guard inside; she gives you an ice block to carry.
Carry the ice back
Take the block back through the ruins, keeping to the shade on the left-hand side and out of the sight of enemies. Ice melts in sunlight, so walk steadily and do not stop to fight. Give the ice to Furosa, who is waiting at the end of the ruins.
Deliver the drink
Return to Pokki and tell her the perfect drink is ready. She runs off to town, freeing the terminal. Scan it with the Sheikah Slate to open the shrine, take the Diamond from the chest and speak to the monk.
