How to find it
The shrine is one of the hidden ones and appears only after you complete the Sign of the Shadow shrine quest. It lies south-east of Gerudo Tower on a ledge by an exposed Sheikah platform.
Solution
Fight the Guardian Scout III
Dodge each attack and punish with flurry rushes. It carries a sword and a spear and has 1,500 health, so expect a longer fight.
Glide over the laser
Halfway through it hunkers down and spins a laser. Back off, use the updraft and strike from above.
Finish it
Near death it charges a laser volley. If its health is low enough, rush it down; otherwise run and dodge the multiple shots.
Claim the rewards
Open the chest for the Frostblade and speak to Monk Sasa Kai for the Spirit Orb.
