After you finish her first quest, Koko wants to try a recipe that coats apples in Goat Butter. Buy a Goat Butter at the shop beside her in Kakariko, bring it to her at the cooking pot, and she hands you a Hot Buttered Apple.

Solution

Talk to Koko

Find Koko at the cooking pot in the west of Kakariko Village during the day, when it is not raining. Speak to her after completing Koko’s Kitchen and she explains that she needs Goat Butter for a new recipe.

Buy the butter

Go to the shop next to the cooking pot and buy a Goat Butter for 12 rupees.

Hand it over

Give the Goat Butter to Koko. She cooks Hot Buttered Apple, a dish that restores hearts, and the quest ends.
