Solution

Meet Finley

Speak to Finley at the Bank of Wishes. She sets the letter in the water. If it breaks or you lose it, she has spares and lets you try again.

Escort the letter

Keep the letter in sight, and remember that it breaks if it takes too much damage or you lose sight of it for too long. Shoot Octoroks and Lizalfos as they appear, and clear crates, barrels and wooden barriers with bombs before the letter reaches them.

Deliver it

The letter comes to rest at a small camp on the water’s edge near Mercay Island. Approach Sasan, a young Hylian, and he takes it and tells you about Finley. He then heads for Zora’s Domain.

Collect your reward

Travel to Zora’s Domain, using Ne’ez Yohma Shrine as a fast-travel point, and speak to Finley and Sasan together. They give you a Gold Rupee.
