How to find it
The shrine is at map coordinates 3093, -3209 (height 95) in Mount Dunsel Cave, about 90 map units from Dunsel Canyon Mine. Glide in from the Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower or head east from Sifumim Shrine; the cave mouth lies at the water’s edge (the cliff above Gama Cove is a good launch point), so swim in and follow the passage to the shrine doorway.
Inside the cave: cut through the vines at the end of the first tunnel (a Horriblin waits beyond), then cut the vines on the left at the dead end. Two Shock Worms are in the next room, but you can run past them. At the junction take the downward path, defeat the Skeleton Bokoblin and use Ultrahand to grab the wooden plank there. Lay the plank under the cliff ahead, swim to it and Ascend to the top, then go up the hill past the rock worm to the shrine. Electric Like Likes hang from the ceiling in places, so hug the wall to avoid them.
Solution
Open the chest on the platform
Step through the green doorway onto the circular platform. The chest stands at the foot of the stairs; open it for a Big Battery.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs to the terminal and examine it to receive the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Kotimab Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
