How to find it
Chichim Shrine is at map coordinates -3211, -3006 (height -36) in the Gerudo Desert, near Quicksand Lake Cave. Approach on a sand seal or a Zonai vehicle.
Solution
Open the chest
Cross the platform to the chest at the top of the stairs. It holds a Mighty Zonaite Spear (Strong or Mighty, depending on your progress).
Take the Light of Blessing
Walk up to the terminal at the end and take the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Mihcihc Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
