How to find it
Karahatag Shrine is at map coordinates -3727, -3625 (height 57) at Southern Oasis, south of Gerudo Town. Complete the Lightning Temple first so the sandstorm clears, and approach from Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower.
Solution
Light the first candle
Pick up the torch beside the lit candle at the entrance and carry it with Ultrahand to the unlit candle on the upside-down pillar in the ceiling. Setting it alight opens the door; a Fire Fruit arrow also works.
Move the candle to the switch platform
In the main room take the candle from the bridge and set it on the platform below the pipe. The candle must be carried to each pillar in turn.
Ride the switch platform
Stand on the circular switch in the caged platform so it lowers, then step off so the candle is launched upward. Stand on the switch again and use Recall on the candle while the platform is down; it rises and lights the candle above.
Light the remaining candles
Move the candle to the central platform and repeat the process for the other pillars. All three ceiling candles must be lit to open the exit gate.
Open the side-room chest
Before leaving, glide down to the platform with the chest and open it for the Mighty Construct Bow (Strong or Mighty, depending on your progress). Use Ascend to climb back out.
Take the Light of Blessing
Pass through the open exit gate to the terminal and take the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Gataharak Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
