How to find it
The shrine is at map coordinates 4631, -3712 (height 31), near Koholit Rock, in the cave behind Eventide Island (the cave entrance is at about 4752, -3781). Speak to Sesami, who waits in a red tent on the island (about 4515, -3501), to start Seeking the Pirate Hideout, and clear the three monster strongholds marked on the map (Bokoblins, including Silver ones, so come well equipped). Report back to Sesami and he marks a fourth spot on the cliffs at the back of the island. Glide or drop down to the cave entrance below it (about 4738, -3772). Inside, a pirate ship with a horned skull on the bow is the final stronghold: defeat all its monsters and the gate opens. Spikes line the ledge on the far side, so use Ultrahand on the ship’s wooden planks to bridge across to the shrine. The island is far out to sea: glide from Cape Cales (plenty of stamina or a Zonai Wing helps) or build a fan-powered raft from Cape Creasia.
Solution
Enter the shrine
With the hideout cleared, the barred doorway to the shrine is open. Walk through the green doorway onto the circular platform.
Open the chest
The chest stands on the platform at the foot of the stairs. Open it for a Ruby.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs and examine the terminal at the top to receive the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Ni-iraram Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
