How to find it
The shrine is at map coordinates -2036, -1853 (height 78), east of Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower beside the canyon river. Interact with it to start the quest, then follow the light beam south along the river, under the rock bridge, to the crystal (about -1899, -2342), which lies buried under tumbleweeds and debris. Clear them away to pick it up.
Solution
Carry the crystal to the shrine
Just before the crystal you pass two separated pieces of a six-wheeled Zonai vehicle (stone slabs with Big Wheels and a steering stick). Join them with Ultrahand, checking that the wheel arrows face the right way, then build the cart, attach the crystal, and drive it north along the river to the shrine; the battery lasts about half the trip, so bring a spare Zonai Charge. Where the river steps are too tall to drive over, use the dirt ramps, and if you get stuck, hop off and reposition the vehicle with Ultrahand. Lift the crystal off at the end and set it in the empty semicircle at the shrine’s base to open it.
Open the chest
Step onto the circular platform. Open the chest at the foot of the stairs for a Zonaite Longsword (Strong or Mighty, depending on your progress).
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs and examine the terminal at the top to receive the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Jadukakar Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
