How to find it
Go to Selmie’s Spot and walk a short way northwest, to the crevice under a rock formation marked by a small fire beside a barrel and boxes. Drop through the hole inside into the Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave. Deal with the Bokoblins on the far side of the lake, then climb the hill behind them to the shrine, at map coordinates -2997, 3101 (height 528). The cave is cold: bring cold-resistant gear (level 2 is recommended) or a cold-resistance meal, and Ice Fruit or an ice-fused weapon.
Solution
Bring the crystal to the shrine
Examine the shrine’s runes to start the shrine quest The Northwest Hebra Cave Crystal; a light points to the crystal, which lies at the bottom of the small lake in the middle of the cave. Swimming is out, since the cold water drains your health fast and you cannot use Ultrahand while swimming. Instead, build ice platforms to the middle of the lake: throw Ice Fruit into the water, fuse an ice block to a weapon, or fuse Ice Fruit to arrows. Lift the crystal out with Ultrahand and, since the ice is hard to cross while carrying it, extend Ultrahand to place the crystal on the shore, then carry it back to the shrine. When the crystal reaches the shrine, the entrance opens.
Open the chest
In the circular hall past the entrance, open the chest in the middle of the floor for a Topaz.
Take the Light of Blessing
Climb the stairs to the terminal and examine the green seal to receive the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Mu-ufatur Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
