How to find it
Soryotanog Shrine is at map coordinates -3882, -2962 (height 136) on the high rock above Gerudo Town. Climb the rock with Ascend, or glide in from Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower.
Solution
Free the fan and uncover the Small Key
Pull the half-buried fan out of the sand with Ultrahand and hit it to turn it on. Aim it at the nearest sand pile; the chest underneath holds a Small Key.
Open the locked door
Carry the fan to the locked door with the concentric rings on the wall and open it with the Small Key.
Clear the second room
Defeat the Soldier Construct hiding in the second room, then blow the sand away from the large disc and the corner pile. The corner pile hides a passage that holds a Fan Guster.
Reach the gear chest
Use the fan’s updraft or Ascend to climb to the platform with the large gear. Blow the sand off the gear and open the chest for Arrow x10.
Aim the mirror at the exit gem
Pick up the mirror from the floor and bounce the light onto the hexagonal gem above the exit. When it turns green the door to the altar room opens.
Take the Light of Blessing
Walk through the open door to the terminal and take the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Gonatoyros Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
