How to find it
Oakle’s Navel Cave (2504, -2106) is at the water’s edge of the Oakle’s Navel lake, in the cave mouth on its eastern side; launch from Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower and glide north past Meda Mountain, or dive down to the cave entrance. Follow the passage in, past a Shock Like hanging from the ceiling (you can ignore it), to the crystal on its stone stand at about (2449, -2185) and examine it to start The Oakle’s Navel Cave Crystal; a wall behind it slides open. Pick the crystal up with Ultrahand and follow the green beam. Two sets of boulders roll down the first hills, one from the right and one from the left: time your steps through the gaps, or walk the crystal along with Ultrahand so you can see around it. Drop to the lower cavern, and at the right-hand turn a giant boulder fills the tunnel: put the crystal down, Recall the boulder to send it back, then continue up the hill to the shrine doorway and set the crystal on the pedestal.
Solution
Cross to the platform and open the chest
Once the crystal sits on its pedestal, the shrine rises from the water. Walk across to the circular platform and open the chest beside the entrance for a Large Zonai Charge.
Climb to the terminal
Climb the stairs to the doorway, step through, and examine the terminal at the top to receive the Light of Blessing.

Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the Yikot Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
