How to find it
The shrine is at the far end of West Lake Totori Cave, in the Hebra Mountains west of Rito Village, at map coordinates -4058, 1990 (height 196). The shrine is also the target of the shrine quest The White Bird’s Guidance, which Laissa gives you in Rito Village; you can skip the quest and go straight to the cave, and activating the shrine completes it. From Rito Village climb to the top of the village, then glide northwest to the snow-covered mountain shaped like a large white bird; a small opening on its west side leads into West Lake Totori Cave. Inside, take the left path to the shrine. You can also launch from Rospro Pass Skyview Tower and glide southwest toward Lake Totori.
Solution
Look over the room
The big room has a barred gate on the left, a stone ball, a bowl-shaped dish, a heavy block and a seesaw-like lever in front of a gap. Two round targets sit across the gap, one low and one on the upper floor. Both must be hit with the ball.
Load the ball into the dish
Use Ultrahand to attach the dish to the near end of the lever, then place the ball in the dish.
Drop the block on the far end
Lift the block high over the far end of the lever and let it drop. The lever tips and the dish throws the ball at the lower target, which opens the barred gate on the left and reveals a wooden plank. Dropping the block from higher up throws harder.
Reach the high target
Take the plank from inside the gate. Detach the dish, attach the plank to the near end of the lever so it reaches further, then attach the dish to the end of the plank and put the ball back in it. Drop the block again, making sure the whole block lands on the lever (use its green shadow to judge it). The ball hits the upper target and opens the gate at the top of the room.
Glide up for the chest
Climb onto the dish yourself and drop the block on the far end to launch yourself up. Open your glider and steer right to a small platform on the high side of the room, where the chest holds a Spicy Elixir, which protects you against cold. Another route is to stack the block in the corner by the ladder, stand on it, use Recall on the block to be lifted, and Ascend through the platform above.
Take the Light of Blessing
Back on the lever, launch yourself again through the newly opened gate and glide in. Examine the green runes on the terminal to receive the Light of Blessing.
The Lightroot below
Directly under this shrine, in the Depths, is the So-oaw Lightroot. Light it from below to reveal that part of the Depths map.
