The Blizzrobe is the stronger ice mage, with 300 health. It sends out freezing blasts and summons frozen monsters while it lowers the temperature, and any fire-based attack destroys it instantly.
Behavior
It plays like the Ice Wizzrobe with more health and a rod that hits much harder. The cold it spreads is severe, and the weather normalises once it dies.

How to beat it
Take cover
Stay behind cover and keep moving so its blasts miss, and have cold protection ready.
Use fire
Fire a fire arrow or swing a fire weapon. The fire hit destroys it instantly despite 300 health.
Avoid a long brawl
Without fire the fight is long. Use arrows between casts and heavy strikes when it teleports close, and expect to take damage.
