Round one
Heat endurance
Talk to the Gorons, wear heat-resistant gear such as the Desert Voe set, and stand on the hot plate beside them. All three soon pass out.
Round two
Add the fire
The second test adds flames, and you may not wear flame-resistant armor. Keep the heat-resistant armor on, drink a Fireproof Elixir (from Fireproof Lizards plus a monster part, or bought in Goron City), and take wooden weapons out of your pack so they do not burn.
Stand your ground
Stay on the plate for just under two minutes. With more than 24 hearts you can simply burn, since the test ends before you die.
Claim the shrine
When the second test ends, the Joloo Nah Shrine reveals itself close by.
