Solution

Find Bolson

Head to the west of Myahm Agana Shrine in Hateno Village and look for a footbridge behind the Bolson Construction homes. Speak to Bolson, the man in pink trousers, and say you want the house.

Bring the wood and the rupees

He quotes an outrageous price but drops it to 3,000 rupees if you bring 30 wood. Cut or bomb trees in the forest outside the village, taking care of any Bokoblins, and return to pay.

Upgrade the house

After you buy the house and speak to Hudson, Bolson sells upgrades: two more Weapon Mounts, three Bow Mounts, three Shield Mounts, a bed, lighting, a door, a sign with your name, a flowerbed and trees. Each costs 100 rupees.

Rewards and next steps

  • A house with one Weapon Mount.
  • All 14 upgrades cost 1,400 rupees and add free furniture.
  • Speaking to Hudson after the purchase begins From the Ground Up.
