Solution
Find Malena
She is usually at the Training Ground in the west of town from morning to early afternoon, pleading with the guard Babi. Later she stands at the throne room entrance with the guard Reeza, and she rests at the Hotel Oasis.
Defeat a Molduga
Four Moldugas roam the region: west of town near Tho Kayu Shrine, southwest on the way to the Dragon’s Exile, at the Arbiter’s Grounds, and in the Southern Oasis south of town. A Molduga has about 1,500 health and reacts to vibrations. Bomb arrows work well.
Alternatively, throw a bomb onto the sand from high ground to draw it out, throw a second bomb so it swallows it, and strike while it is stunned. Back off when it recovers, since its spin hits hard.
Deliver the guts
Give the Molduga Guts to Malena. Guts collected before starting the quest count.
