Shops in Ocarina of Time restock ammunition, potions and a few pieces of equipment. Their stock depends on your age and on what you already own, and some shops are open only in the day or only at night. The prices below are what the standard N64 game charges. Where a version differs, the entry says so.

Table of Contents
Kokiri Shop (Kokiri Forest, child)
| Item | Quantity | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Recovery Heart | 1 | 10 Rupees |
| Deku Stick | 1 | 10 Rupees |
| Deku Shield | 1 | 40 Rupees |
| Deku Nuts | 5 | 15 Rupees |
| Deku Nuts | 10 | 30 Rupees |
| Deku Seeds | 30 | 30 Rupees |
| Arrows | 10 | 20 Rupees |
| Arrows | 30 | 60 Rupees |
The Kokiri Shop is the red-roofed building near Mido’s house. You must buy the Deku Shield here before Mido lets you reach the Great Deku Tree. The seeds are the ammunition for the Slingshot, and the arrows only appear once you own a bow.

Bazaars (Hyrule Market and Kakariko Village)
| Item | Quantity | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Hylian Shield | 1 | 80 Rupees |
| Bombs | 5 | 35 Rupees |
| Arrows | 10 | 20 Rupees |
| Arrows | 30 | 60 Rupees |
| Arrows | 50 | 90 Rupees |
| Deku Stick | 1 | 10 Rupees |
| Deku Nuts | 5 | 15 Rupees |
| Recovery Heart | 1 | 10 Rupees |
Both bazaars sell the same general goods, and the lists above combine them. The Hylian Shield is the item you come for. A Market Bazaar stands in Hyrule Castle Town, and a second Bazaar in Kakariko Village stays open at both ages after the Market is ruined. The bombs need a Bomb Bag, and the arrow packs only show once you own a bow. Stock shifts slightly between the two shops in some reports, so check both before a long trip.

Potion Shops (Kakariko Village)
| Item | Price | Shop |
|---|---|---|
| Red Potion | 30 Rupees | Potion Shop |
| Green Potion | 30 Rupees | Potion Shop |
| Bottled Bug | 50 Rupees | Potion Shop |
| Fairy’s Spirit | 50 Rupees | Potion Shop |
| Poe | 30 Rupees | Potion Shop |
| Fish | 200 Rupees | Potion Shop |
| Blue Fire | 300 Rupees | Potion Shop |
| Deku Nuts (5) | 15 Rupees | Potion Shop |
| Blue Potion | 100 Rupees | Granny’s Potion Shop (adult) |
The Potion Shop is open only in the daytime. Its prices are steep for the creatures, so catch your own bugs, fish and fairies if you can. Blue Fire is the most expensive thing in the shop and the only place to buy it, although you can fill a bottle for free in the Ice Cavern. Granny’s Potion Shop opens to adult Link, and its Blue Potion restores both hearts and magic. You need an empty bottle for anything that is sold in a container.

Goron Shop (Goron City)
| Item | Quantity | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Bombs | 5 | 25 Rupees |
| Bombs | 10 | 50 Rupees |
| Bombs | 20 | 80 Rupees |
| Bombs | 30 | 120 Rupees |
| Red Potion | 1 | 40 Rupees |
| Recovery Heart | 1 | 10 Rupees |
| Goron Tunic (adult only) | 1 | 200 Rupees |
The Goron Shop is in the lower area of Goron City. As a child you need to burn the Bomb Flowers beside the sealed door with a Deku Stick to blow it open. Adult Link finds the shop closed until he has spoken to Link the Goron, who then also gives away the Goron Tunic. The tunic costs 200 Rupees. The 20 and 30 bomb packs only show if your bag can hold them.

Zora Shop (Zora’s Domain)
| Item | Quantity | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Recovery Heart | 1 | 10 Rupees |
| Red Potion | 1 | 50 Rupees |
| Deku Nuts | 5 | 15 Rupees |
| Arrows | 10 | 20 Rupees |
| Arrows | 30 | 60 Rupees |
| Arrows | 50 | 90 Rupees |
| Fish | 1 | 200 Rupees |
| Zora Tunic (adult only) | 1 | 300 Rupees |
The Zora Shop is in Zora’s Domain. When you arrive as an adult the domain is frozen and the shop is sealed by red ice, which only Blue Fire melts. The tunic is also a free gift from King Zora once you have melted him, so buy it only if you did not get it. You need it for the Water Temple.

Bombchu Shop (Hyrule Market, night only)
| Item | Quantity | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Bombchus | 10 | 100 Rupees |
| Bombchus | 20 | 180 Rupees |
The Bombchu Shop is in the Market and is open only at night. The shop does not restock, so once you buy a pack, it is gone for good. Plan around the Bombchu Bowling Alley and the House of Skulltula for more free Bombchus. You need the Bomb Bag to use Bombchus, and a 100-Rupee pack needs more than the Child’s Wallet holds.

Carpet Salesman (Haunted Wasteland)
| Item | Quantity | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Bombchus | 10 | 200 Rupees |
The Carpet Salesman is at the Haunted Wasteland, the desert between Gerudo’s Fortress and Desert Colossus. His Bombchus cost double, but he is the one seller that does not sell out, so he is the backup once the Market shop is empty. He is also the only Bombchu seller outside the Market.

Happy Mask Shop (Hyrule Market)
| Mask | Borrowing fee | Buyer pays you |
|---|---|---|
| Keaton Mask | 10 Rupees | 15 Rupees (guard at the Death Mountain gate) |
| Skull Mask | 20 Rupees | 10 Rupees (Skull Kid, Lost Woods) |
| Spooky Mask | 30 Rupees | 30 Rupees (boy in the Graveyard) |
| Bunny Hood | 50 Rupees | An amount equal to your wallet size (Running Man) |
The Happy Mask Shop does not sell masks outright. You pay a fee to borrow each one, sell it on, then come back to repay the shop. After you have sold all four, the Mask of Truth is yours, and the Goron, Zora and Gerudo Masks can be borrowed from the shelf at no cost. The full steps are on Mask Trading Sequence.

| Business Scrub, Zora’s River | Magic Beans | 10 Rupees for the first, plus 10 for each one after |
| Business Scrub, Hyrule Field grotto | Heart Piece | 10 Rupees |
Scrubs only sell once you have stunned them with a Deku Nut, a seed, a Boomerang throw or an arrow. They fill the space between shops with cheap ammunition and the odd bargain, so check any grotto you find.
