Solution
Talk to Bozai
Speak to Bozai outside Gerudo Town. He lends you his Snow Boots for the climb.

Reach the statue
Travel to the deep valley in the northwest of the Gerudo Highlands. The nearest shrines are Kema Kosassa (x -4657, z 905, map square A-5) to the southwest and Keeha Yoog (x -3852, z 716, map square B-5) to the east.

Take the photo
Open the Camera and frame the statue, including its torso, until a red exclamation mark appears, then take the picture.

Return to Bozai
Show him the picture, return the Snow Boots and receive the Sand Boots.

- Sand Boots. If you sell them, you can rebuy a pair from Grante in Tarrey Town for 800 Rupees once From the Ground Up is done.
- Wildberries grow in the area and are useful for the next quest, The Mystery Polluter.
