This Talus has twice the HP of the plain Stone Talus and an ore deposit rich in luminous stone, which makes it the one to hunt for Luminous Stone and Diamond. The method is the same: topple it, climb up and break the ore.

How to beat it
Topple it
Keep out of reach of the arms and blow one off with a Remote Bomb, or shoot the ore with an arrow. It drops and is stunned for a short time.

Climb and strike
Scramble on and strike the ore with a hammer or other heavy weapon. Step off if it gets up and repeat.

Collect the gems
When the ore is gone the Talus collapses, and gems including luminous stone, topaz and diamond are left behind.

Tips
- The 600 HP is twice the plain variety, so plan on more damage than the basic Talus needs.
- Bring spare weapons; stone is hard on them.
Drops
- Flint, Amber, Opal, Luminous Stone, Topaz and Diamond.
