This chapter clears the last optional collectibles before the finale: five Gold Skulltula tokens that finish the set of 100, three Heart Pieces, and the Cursed Rich Man’s reward for a full set of tokens. You bomb into a Graveyard crypt for a Heart Piece and a token, then collect tokens in Zora River, at Lake Hylia, in a Hyrule Field grotto and in the snow of Zora Fountain. After that you buy a piece from a Business Scrub and open a chest in a sandy canyon. Zelda gives you the Light Arrow at the Temple of Time.

Table of Contents
Graveyard crypt (Heart Piece)
Reach the crypt entrance at night
Go to the Graveyard after dark. The banner shows as you arrive, and the headstones are lit only by blue lamp light. Pull a bomb from your bag and carry it through the passage to a stone doorway filled with cracked rock. Set it down against the wall and step back so the rock blows open.

Cross the crypt halls
Walk through the opened doorway into the underground halls. Follow the tunnel to a round, pillared chamber that glows pale blue, then go down the next passage and up the short stairs to a yellow flower platform. Stand on it and it lifts you back up to the Graveyard. Find the tomb that shows a Grab prompt and pull its slab aside. The hole beneath it takes you down again, to a second flower platform and a short hall.

Heart Piece #33
A chest waits at the end of the second hall. Open it to get Heart Piece #33. The message reads “Four pieces form one container,” which marks the start of a new set.

Gold Skulltula #96
Before you leave the crypt, aim the Longshot at the Gold Skulltula on the wall beside the blue-tiled floor when the Fire prompt shows, and collect the token. The box reads “You’ve collected 96 tokens so far.” Then leave the crypt.

Gold Skulltulas 97 to 100
Gold Skulltula #97 (Zora River)
As an adult, head to Zora River at night and follow the river path through the bends and up the stairs. A token clings to the rock wall of a mossy overlook beside a stone footbridge. Stop on the grass, aim the Longshot at the token and fire when the prompt reads Fire. The token drops with the message “You’ve collected 97 tokens so far.”

Gold Skulltula #98 (Lake Hylia)
As a child, step off the warp pad at Lake Hylia and swim toward the far bank, using Dash and holding Dive when you want to go under. Climb out on the grassy shore and follow it to a low stone doorway in the cliff, which leads to a dark grotto. Walk in, take out your sword and strike the token on the mossy wall. The message reads “You’ve collected 98 tokens so far.” The numbers in the boxes do not rise in the order you find the tokens here, so go by the spots, not the counts.

Gold Skulltula #99 (Hyrule Field grotto)
Ride Epona across Hyrule Field at night until a round hole appears in the grass beside the water. Dismount and step into it, and a yellow flower platform carries you into a dim, mossy grotto. Climb the wooden crate by the wall and slash the Gold Skulltula that drops down to get Gold Skulltula #99. The message counts 99 tokens, one short of 100.

Walk to the Zora Fountain ice cave
Travel to Zora Fountain and cross the frozen lake. The path beyond is snow and gravel, and a purple-glowing enemy attacks near the trees, so beat it. Black stone pillars with pale glyphs stand beside a cave mouth. Move the one that blocks the way (the prompt reads Pick Up) and go into the cave. Climb the vine wall inside (the prompts are Let Go and Jump) and come out onto a snowfield, where a giant skull spider waits at the cave mouth. Beat it, then play the Sun’s Song to turn the day to night, since Gold Skulltulas come out after dark. Continue along the snowfield to the next cave.

Gold Skulltula #100 (Zora Fountain snowfield cave)
Inside the second cave Navi remarks “Ah, so it leads here!” and the token hangs high on the dark wall. Aim the Longshot at it and fire. You defeat the Gold Skulltula and get Gold Skulltula #100, and a second line says you have collected all 100 tokens and should go check in with the Cursed Rich Man. Navi adds “Wowie! That makes 100!”

Cursed Rich Man reward (100 tokens)
Warp to the Graveyard
Open the song wheel, select the Nocturne of Shadow and play it. The Warp prompt appears and the light carries you to the pad in the Graveyard. Take the stone path out of the Graveyard to the Cursed Rich Man’s house in Kakariko Village. Talk to the Rich Man, who is still a skeleton wrapped in spider limbs, and the house fills with light.

Gold rupee from the Rich Man
The Rich Man and his sons turn back into people. He says “You didn’t have to collect all those tokens, but you did anyway,” then thanks you on behalf of the whole family. A golden light shines down and a gold rupee drops into your hands: “This one’s worth a whopping 200 rupees.” Your wallet caps at 1,000 rupees, and the next purchase takes 100 of it.

The Master Sword, Epona’s Song and Fairy’s Thoughts
Read the Fairy’s Thoughts in Hyrule Field
After the Rich Man thanks you, a short scene shows young Link at the Master Sword and ends with you standing on the pedestal in the Temple of Time. Walk out through the halls and Hyrule Castle Town to Hyrule Field, which is dark at this hour. Play the Sun’s Song to change the time of day. Beside a tree in the field, Navi says “Oooh, a fairy’s thoughts are lingering here!” Read the two thought bubbles about a first purchase and phrases that did not work. They hint at the Business Scrub you visit later. See Fairy’s Thoughts for every spot.

Spot the chest in the canyon
Call Epona with Epona’s Song and mount her. Ride across the field to a red-rock canyon, where a chest sits against the wall. Navi says “Interested, huh? Let’s get a closer look,” and a thought bubble tells you to go ahead and take what is in the chest, because the lock was left undone. You cannot do anything with it as an adult. Note the place and come back as a child.

Prelude of Light to the Temple of Time
Select the Prelude of Light on the song wheel and play it to reach the Temple of Time. The banner shows over a dim, torchlit hall. Walk to the pedestal in the middle of the room and push the Master Sword back into its stone. Light floods in and Link is a child again. No message box appears, so wait until the light fades before you move.

Business Scrub in Hyrule Field (Heart Piece)
Find the grotto by the moat
Walk out through the red-carpet hall, across the market bridge and through Hyrule Castle Town to the gate. You arrive in Hyrule Field at the castle drawbridge. Follow the grass bank beside the moat and look for a round hole in the ground near the tower wall. Drop in and step onto the yellow flower platform, which carries you into a small green grotto where a Business Scrub stands.

Heart Piece #34
The scrub says “I’ll only sell you stuff if you know the password,” and your answer is accepted: “Squeeeee! You got it, you got it! OK, take a look.” His offer is a Piece of Heart for 100 rupees. Choose “I’ll buy!” and your wallet falls from 1,000 to 900. You receive Heart Piece #34, and the box says “Collect two more to gain an additional heart.”

Canyon chest (Heart Piece)
Cross Hyrule Field on foot
From the scrub’s grotto, climb back out and cross the wooden drawbridge over the moat. The path then runs over open grass that turns to sand as the ground drops toward a red-rock canyon. Enter the canyon and keep to the wall. You are heading to the chest Navi pointed out when you rode through as an adult.

Heart Piece #35
Press Open on the chest under the canyon wall. Navi says “Oh! Remember the fairy’s thoughts we read while you were a grown-up? This must be the treasure chest with the lock left undone!” and then wonders aloud whether it is really unlocked. It is, and the chest opens normally. Heart Piece #35 reads “Find one more to gain an additional heart.”

Light Arrow (Temple of Time)
Return to the Temple of Time
Fade back into the Temple of Time as an adult. Sheik is waiting in the dim hall past the red carpet and says “I’ve been waiting for you… Hero of Time.” The scene that follows, in which Sheik reveals who she is, is told in Ganondorf’s Castle.

Light Arrow
Zelda ends the scene by giving you the Light Arrow, the last arrow type. Ganondorf then seizes her in a red crystal, and you set out for his castle.
